2. you do not know facts just what you read and are dumb enough to believe.
Furthermore, the Post wrote this article because it is obvious that the general population see's the people suing the Medgriges for who they truly are..people looking to make a buck!

I fail to see how ANYONE can believe this suit is not justified! I can list at least Reasons why it is and can think of none why it isn't. (1) the Sittons did not invite Paul to the Thanksgiving dinner nor were they aware he had been given a second-hand invitation. (2) The Sittons had no way of knowing that the Merhige parents were so afraid of their son that they slept with their bedroom door locked. (3) The Sittons were unaware that Paul owned ANY weapons much less not one or two but SIX guns that were payed for by Paul's parents. (4). The Merhige's failed to notify authorities of Paul's mental instability thus possibly preventing him from buying the weapons. (5) Michael Merhige (Paul's father) who was an ex-CIA agent and presumably had weapons training, did absolutely nothing to stop the carnage when Paul's gun jammed at some point before little Makayla was shot and killed in her bed. (6) Paul's mother, Carol, surely had thoughts that something might go terribly wrong as she exchanged emails with friends before Thanksgiving to that effect and even went so far earlier in the evening of saying to her daughter earlier in the evening "I hope (Paul) doesn't come and kill us all tonight". (7) The most horrific justification is that as a direct result of the senior Merhige's failure to act, a little six year old girl, Makayla Sitton will never take another breath and her adoring parents have forever lost the pleasure of helping her grow up to be the same kind of lovely people who she knew as just "Mommy and Daddy". I could list yet more but this should suffice as more than adequate
justification for this suit. I would like to see even one of those who voted against the
justification of this suit give their reasons as I have given mine herein.
