I am of an asian origin and have been using miso products for a long time. Recently, I was told I have GERD, acid reflux disease, and should avoid alcohol products. I noticed that alcohol is part of miso ingredints. So I have been looking for miso paste without alcohol and I found out that you carry miso tofu soup. I want to place an order as soon as it is assured that's alcohol free.

I am 54 and had my first taste of miso soup 5 years ago. I instantly liked it. I have never made it as of yet, :D that is going to change. Before I make it I wanted to know more about it. I do buy tofu and use it, I like it very much. Thank you so much for you site. It provides so much information.
