Do you sleep well? (or at all?) If yes, what helps you?
I sleep through the night and can take naps in the day. Lyme hasn't affected my sleep.
Insomnia is my worst symptom. I've tried everything from Chamomile tea to Ambien.
Only prescription meds (i.e Ambien, & Lunesta) work if I want a prayer of sleeping.
Natural remedies help me (i.e Chamomile, Valerian, Melatonin.)
