People like bucketoftea crack me up. They can only quote information from the media reports they have been suckered into , yet they criticize reporting in the USA. You have zero idea of what has really been reported in this country on this case. The yellow journalism of Italy and UK are well known though. This case is over, Italy will end the corrupt charges. Two innocent students were charged for a crime a North African drug dealing punk did by his pathetic self. You know the guy with 409 pieces of DNA, body fluids on the victim...What does ZERO dna from Amanda and Raf , not convince an idiot? How bout the Time of Death..It was impossible for Amanda and Raf to even be there. The Hellman report is readily available to read for those that really seek justice. The DNA work in the Knox case was a cruel hoax as two independent court court appointed experts in Italy demonstrated. The two experts did not just disagree with the police findings, they eviscerated them in a closely reasoned and documented 140 page report that demonstrated 55 major errors. The Italian experts found that the crime scene management and the collection, handling, transport, analysis, interpretation, and documentation of the evidence was all woefully lacking. But there is a subtle but important error here. The crumbling of the DNA work in the Knox and Sollecito case is often treated as the main work that dealt the prosecution a crimpling blow . There is no doubt it was important and dramatic. However, the defense teams had also produced some 450 pages of point-by-point rebuttal of the prosecution, all of it detailed, plausible, and highly convincing. In short, the DNA did not hold up in this case and nothing else did either as the Hellman report clearly indicated. Italy either pulls itself out of the 17th century into the 21st which anyone with intelligence believes they will, or they will continue making themselves look like the Keystone cops. The prosecutor in the Knox case needs to be prosecuted himself so Italy ,its citizens and its guests know that honest investigations can occur, not thuggery. Knox will never be retried and the calumny charge should be thrown out as well since Italy's Massei and Hellman courts ruled interrogation was illegal. Stop trying to save face Italy and do what the law requires.

It's not over. There is still the appeal by the prosecution and the family of Meredith Kercher to the Italian Supreme Court. This episode has been shaming for the US and the shallow, lazy, greedy news reporting there. Go Nancy!

Stupidity never ceases to amaze me...If you were part of a group spreading horrible rumors about someone like Amanda and were given the opportunity to find out the truth would you decline??? The clueless above did. Amanda Knox zero dna at a murder, no connect will the real murder, nothing, nada, zip, zilch....Oh she did kiss her boyfriend and did a cart wheel, really hand stand when the cop ask her to......Gesh the case is a joke. Nancy Grace knows that this girl is guilty. the Italian Government would never want an international scandel like this , if they didn't have proof. this girl has lied her why through everything and even blamed her boyfriend Raffaele. She blame the bartender. Who was never there. She had a break down at the end , because her guilt could not be held back. Now she wants Raffaele to live with her in Seattle. i believe ,she's. afraid that she knows he won't be able to keep his month shut in Italy. If he stays in Italy the truth will come out . this woman is diabolicle

I agree with Nancy--that at the very least Amanda definitely knows how her housemate Meredith Kercher was murdered. No one, not even Italy's highest court, disputes that there must have been more than one killer due to the multiple stab wounds from different knives, and the amount of force it would've have taken to restrain a fully clothed Meredith, forcefully remove her clothes, cut her bra strap, strangle her, stab her with two different knives, all while raping a woman who knew karate and would likely have fought back viciously. If Amanda wasn't there, then like her six other housemates, her alibi would have been consistent and airtight from the start. Innocent people do not have their DNA mixed with the victim's on a knife in their boyfriends apartment. It doesn't matter how small the sample (it's likely the sample would be small if you were the killer and scoured the knife afterward)--there should be zero DNA. Common sense gave way to legal wrangling, which is what big money pays big lawyers to do--confuse, create doubt; suspend common sense. Nancy knows this better than anyone, and I trust her very well-informed opinion. Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito likely got away with murder, and they have to live with that for a very long time. Much like OJ Simpson, I think they will find living free in a world where they are surrounded by never-ending suspicion, will prove to be not very free at all.
