Once again Nancy Grace is quick to Judge, I guess that will also be her fate when it comes time to meet the maker. This woman really needs to look in the mirror. I'm absolutely sick of this woman demanding everyone should go to prison, I think she should have spent a little time their for her misdoings. Now she just profits of everyone's misery, sick.

Nancy Grace, you are a "disgrace"

Nancy Grace has Proven she is more interested in sensationalizing trials than speaking about the facts. She only enjoys controversy, not "justice" I wish they would take her off the air and kick her off dancing with the stars... She is milking it with her "poor sweet babies" story .... ENOUGH! She could care less about Justice. How dare she stir up more drama for this family? Amanda Knox is NOT guilty period. You cant make up rumors to prove something that isn't there! Law is about the facts and searching through to find truth. No DNA, Nothing ties her to the guy who killed her roommate... Where does Nancy, and only Nancy find her guilty? So distasteful!!!

I agree with Nancy Grace 100 per cent. This woman Amanda Knox is lying to her teeth. She knows very well who killed Meredith.I noticed the ''attitude'' of her parents.Especially her father...the way he treated the italian media ...the moment his daughter was found guilty.I don't understand why the change... of the charges.Sollecito looks more innocent then her.
God will judge her one day.I think she's hiding a big secret.Don't let her fool you ....you all people from Seattle. This girl she plays ''dumb''.Nancy Grace knows.

allowing all of the fact to be presented, so true justice could be accomplished. Nancy Grace has clearly showed a bias and an obvious resistance to acknowledge the disclosure of facts that go against her original assessment of the case.

Given that Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito’s DNA was not found at the crime scene, and so much of Rudy Guede’s DNA was found everywhere, should then suggest Rudy Guede was in-fact the lone culprit in this horrific crime. Rudy Guede does not live in this apartment yet, not only was his DNA found everywhere, but inside the Meredith Kercher as well, suggesting rape. You then look at the actions of the convicted. Rudy Guede fled to Germany, without calling the police, after the crime was committed. Amanda Knox and Raffaele did not flee, as any innocent person would react.

When interrogated, Rudy Guede said nothing about any accomplices, while confessing to the crime. However, after being convicted for 30-years in prison, the Prosecution allowed the known murderer and rapist of Amanda Knox to chop his sentence in half, for a false confession implicating Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito in the crime. This obvious betrayal to the memory of Meredith Kercher, who was knowingly raped and murdered while desperately fighting for her life, by cutting his sentence in half is to me very disturbing. For Nancy grace to side with a Prosecutor (Giuliano Mignini) who committed this unconscionable act of injustice, simply so he could also snuff out the life of two innocent kids, in Meredith Kercher’s name is unbearable. What in heck is going through her mind?

In the meantime, Amanda Knox was subjected to harsh interrogation tactics for hours, consisting of sleep deprivation, alleged physical violence and psychological terror. When requested to produce the film of this interrogation, the police were non-compliant, later stating that it was not in their budget, to film to interrogation, yet they had plenty of funds to hack into her personal computer files and publicly assassinate her character in tabloids. This suggest to me, illegal interrogation methods, and or a cover-up for some obviously sinister reason.

Why, Nancy Grace would align herself with an apparently corrupt set of characters says a lot about her character, which makes me wonder why HLN hasn’t terminated her employment already. They obviously don’t have the expert, I’m sure they had hoped for, but instead possibly realizes they simply have a “shock Jock” with no respect for the true intent of the law and justice. Somewhere, she has completely lost her way and I hope someday she can regain her footing on the right path.

Rudy Guede, because of Giuliano Mignini, will be a free man in 12-years. but I don’t wonder if that bothers Nancy Grace, because my whole image of her has really tanked.

I have absolutely no respect for Nancy Grace. Her comments are shocking! How could she have a show on HLN? This woman has obviously NO knowledge of the facts. Was she living under a rock since the Conti/Vecheccio Report was released; detailing numerous violations of DNA collection protocols, withholding of forensic tests (lead Police Forensic biologist Dr. Patrizia Stefanoni) that showed false positives for the presence of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito’s DNA at the crime scene, and disclosures of outright lies presented as fact in the original case?

According to the facts, Rudy Guede is the lone killer and rapist of Meredith Kercher. After the Conti/Vecchiotti Report [Independent forensic investigators from Rome, ordered by Appeals Judge Claudio Pratillo Hellmann , which was ominously denied by original trial judge, Giancarlo Massei, who then convicted Amanda Knox of the November 2007 murder of her friend and roommate, Meredith Kercher, in December 2007.

The Stefano Conti-Carla Vecchiotti Report disclosed numerous violations in international accepted protocols for collecting DNA, leading to contamination of evidence, and concluding that the materials sampled should never have been allowed into court. Personally, my DNA can be collected all over my home. To suggest that my DNA would not be found in every room of my home is frankly, ignorant. This is why certain protocols are strictly required, so that cross contamination is highly unlikely. Maybe a forensic expert could explain this better, but I would compare it to one of our guest bedroom door handles. I’ve obviously touched those door handles, so my fingerprints could easily be collected on this location.

So, when a forensic expert collected the Meredith Kercher’s bra clasp with dirty gloves . So all who touched a door handle, or any other item in the room and elsewhere, then handled Meredith Kercher’s bra clasp, just cross-contaminated an item that Judge Giancarlo Massei, used as factual evidence to support the murder case, otherwise built entirely upon conjecture (Circumstantial evidence). Given the amount of soil on the gloves the police were using to collect evidence in the Meredith Kercher Murder case, the point was easily made to the Appeals judge and jury that this evidence presented by the Prosecutor should never have been allowed(especially given its enormous impact) as evidence to convict an innocent girl. Easily, one can see how the DNA on a door handle, or from the floor was transferred to any item the police picked up, i.e. a bra clasp. Given the visible dirt on the thumb of the glove, worn by one who collected items from the crime scene, cross contamination definitely occurred. Given this FACT, How would one react if it were their daughter, being convicted of a crime she did not commit, based obviously on contaminated evidence ?

The knife, found at Raffaele Sollecito’s home did not match any of the wounds on Meredith Kercher’s body and the DNA found turned out to be starch from bread. This was the end of the facts, which prosecutor Giuliano Mignini presented in the initial trial that served as facts to back up conjecture, to get a guilty verdict for Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito. There was nothing else. Nancy Grace refuses to even accept this disclosure of information as a result of the independent forensic investigator’s report. This is based on independent forensic experts, judge Massei would not allow to examine the prosecutor’s evidence against the defendants, in the first trial. A simple gesture to follow the rule of law was rejected, because they had apparently unjustly convicted Amanda Knox before the trial began.

Part of being a public servant in any legal office is to represent the public. The Perugia Court did not deliver in this area, demonstrating their bias and reinforcing that position by not
