When I see vague measurements, such as "handful" or "pinch of," I...

Love it! I know that I have freedom to make it my own, with what I have available.

Feel relieved. I don't have to dirty another measuring cup.

Feel uncomfortable. I worry that the recipe will turn out all wrong.

Hate it! Why bother with a recipe like that?
