Your poll is unfairly skewed to the negative because you don't include a choice that says "California voters and the state senate passed a proposition and laws allowing medical cannabis in the state, so all the local yokels should stop their attempts to close dispensaries, deny those who benefit from cannabis, plus throw lots of people out of work when we have some of the highest unemployment numbers in the state".

Very well said lisa, I couldn't have said it better myself! And im not even a smoker. i just dont agree with how people like yourself are being treated. They need to make it legal and back off. Hell peanuts, alcohol, other forms of "drugs" have killed more people then marijuana ever has. 0%.

Well, isn't that just great! I have a legit ailment, I have a legit recommendation, I go to a legit dispensary ( Health and Wellness) where I feel safe, the team there is knowledgable, professional and helpful, and the city is going to take that right away from me and so many others? Shame on you! I can't even go to a normal doctor's office because the health insurance agencies deemed my ailment a "pre-existing condition" and won't approve me for health insurance. This is my only option. Back off! I'm not a criminal. I've never committed a crime. I don't abuse marijuana. I don't casually smoke it. I take it, as recommended, when needed responsibly! Don't make so many people such as myself, turn to the streets to get our medicine! Don't force us into harm's way! The feds are only encouraging illegal sales from mexican cartels if you shut our dispensaries down. The feds are encourgaing crime, and I can't help but wonder if it's intentional. You guys have an agenda, and the people of California are well aware of it, and we are not going to sit back and take it.
