The Electronic Communications Privacy Act allows the gov't to obtain info from emails and cellphones without a search warrant. Do you agree with the law?
Yes. If it helps law enforcement investigate cases, I'm for it.
No. Such a law is outdated, and is a violation of the 4th Amendment.
Depends on what the type of information is being sought.
