My non-caregiving peers have every opportunity for sustained physical activity and are strong and healthy. I have only short periods during which I can exercise or take a walk. A session on the treadmill can be interrupted. A walk is out of the question unless a respite caregiver is here. I am losing muscle mass like crazy and ameverbated from lack of normal physical activity.
