Aww..they are cats, so they will emerge when they feel comfortable. Perhaps, they are adjusting. Instincts are their mode of functioning. Continue to make them feel welcomed, talk to them. When the time is right they will pitter-patter out.

Are you leaving enticing things out to tempt them? Is there a kitty liter? Maybe a smell will locate them?
