The thing is to let the feuds build well.
A say 8 but anthing under 10 will be ok.
They could make special shows on any given sunday themed to a special match like TLC or Nigth of Champions (this dosent need a PPV extravaganza, but they can be Special Shows with 1/2 price of a PPV).

Also, some PPV should be eliominated. Elimination Chamber and MitB should not be a PPV's and in the EC case it should not be before WM. I say have a Elimination Chamber Match at SSr. or another PPV, but it seems ilogical that the Champion has to surpase a togher tast than his chalenger. I mean the "Chalenger" wins the RR and rest until Mania but the Champion need to defeat 6 other guys before the highligt of the Year!

And Bring Back the KotR as a PPV with a suitible prize! A Kingly Treatment for 4 or 5 months and a title oportunity!

8- the 4 major ones SSr, RR, WM, SSl, plus MITB, HIAC, NoC, and one of the others and use the 4 months without one to build up the 4 main ones.

6 is right. build anticipation for big matches. tell a story. pushing the same match 3 ppv in a row doesnt make it special. it dilutes it. it would build better usa ratings because they would have to do bigger things on raw to keep a story going. that or seperate the brands. 5 ppv each. split summerslam and mania.
