How 'soy free' are you?
Level 1: The "Loose" Approach (i.e. I avoid soy flour/protein in large amounts, but happily eat some foods containing soy protein in moderation.)
Level 2: The "Cautious" Approach (i.e. I avoid most forms of soy except for soy lecithin and soybean oil derivatives. Cross-contamination of soy protein may or may not be of concern.)
Level 3: The "Strict" Approach (i.e. I avoid all soy, including soy lecithin and oil, but don't normally worry about cross-contamination from soybean oil or soy lecithin from production lines.)
Level 4: The "Meticulous" Approach (i.e. I avoid all soy. Even products produced on the same line as those that contain soybean oil or lecithin are not acceptable.)
