The Burger King menu is really good and tasty. However, with too many of us being overweight and unhealty it is too much food for one sitting. To be required to purchase French Fries too is too many calories at one time although most of us can finish it off. Now even our young children are suffering from Type 2 Diabetes (formerly known as adult onset diabetes) and this is deadly. We must watch our diets and exercise more. Our bodies are meant to last us a lifetime but we are falling way short. Can you offer a vegetable on the menu as a substitute for the fries. say a side salad or cole slaw?

I like BK. The whopper is my sandwich of choice. And it has to be the biggest fast food hamberger out. I can eat any fast food resturant burger and still be hunger, sometime it takes two hambergers. But when i eat a whopper not even half am full, i telling through the night. No snacks in between. I always have to eat the rest the next day or give it away. Its a hungry mans kind of sandwich. that saying a lot because i can eat just as much as some men can. Well i would like it if you call a toll free number instead or optional. thanks.

Promo says you get a free Whopper or chicken sandwich but it is one of those promos where the item is not truely free, it is tied in with a requirement that you buy a drink and fries!! Such a hoax.

the bk manager in the Florin is awful. I look for Cindy and was told she is at Florin. Why!!!
She was good where she was before and a lot of people will not be going to either store becase of the manager and we want Cind where she was.

I come in every week with my family. I have not seen Cindy in 3 weeks. I asked about her and I was told she is working a different store. the one in florin.WHY did you let her go? she is the best please bring er back we miss her. I WILL NOT GO TO THE FLORIN BK.NOT A PLACE I WANT MY CHILDREN AROUND. WE WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL YOU BRING HER BACK

You guys are fucking cheap you ruined my meal by only givling me half of it. I order the double stacker meal. Got the burger and the drink you people forgot my fucking fries and I call the fucking manger Derek at the Coon Rapids MN. He offers me a free large fry when I should get a fucking meal. I paid for a meal and got half if it and all you give me is a fucking large fry you should be fucking ashamed of yourselves. Mcdonalds would give me a free meal and they have this is fucking bullshit.
Iam very happy with the staff at the Burger King in Zepyhills they are like family we get treated with alot of respected as we show them the same for the people who put them down you need to clean off your own back porch before you talk about other people
My BK at st.anders pc is the greatest the manager gave a free pot. fries because we had to wait awhile which I had my great grandchildren playing in the play area I said no I did not mind the wait she insist so i thank her the that was the sweet pot fgries which had never tried them before

a week a go we went to bk and we ordered meals that come with drinks and they did not give us our drink. then today we went and we ordered a 4 piece nugget well we did not get that. there for our bk service is slow, sloppy and pittiful. our bk is horrible and should be shut down for its awful and nasty service.!!!!!!!!!!!! thats what i think of our bk. we will not be going there anymore or to any bk ever again!!!!!!

Just had to tell the story about why they had no iced coffee, he could have just simply said they were out. The only thing he did while I was there was make my milkshake, I said thank you and he didn't say anything. The girl that cashed me out (emplOyee 61156) was extremely nice and had great customer service skills.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for the waiter to bring my drive thru order to me in my car. The food was good and hot but I did not like the long wait when other cars behind me were being served at the window and they drove away, beside me while I continued to wait and wait.

I went through the drive-through window of BK 03536 on April 15, 2012. After receiving what I percieved to be poor customer service, I went inside the restaurant and asked to see the manager. Marcus, was at an order station and identified himself as the manager; he was also the employee who had waited on me at the drive through. When he asked me what my concern was, I stated that I thought he had been rude to me. He insisted that my concern was not valid and then explained that he was not feeling well that day but had come in to work anyway. I left the restaurant without further persuing my complaint, but I was not happy.

I,remember when u could actually see the flames coming from the Burger King grill, so long charbroiled and hello to premade and reheated manufactured garbage! The whopper and whopper jr we ordered seemed as if they came out of a refrigerator,not to mention the whopper jr patty was about the size sausage biscuit patty. For me this was last time ill ever set foot in what used to be the best fast food around, not that Burger king gives a hoot , just try and go to my bk experience and give ur input , thats a sham too! Never again Burger King , ill be giving my hard earned money to a franchise that at least serves u a meal that hot ! WENDY'S

Ok, so you raised the prices and changed the menu and we visit less often ... now I got stink service from Manager T. and SWEETHEART care from Annette. Luv ya Annette, but we will not be back for along time. By the time I had waited 5 minutes at the counter staring at 'my' box of reheated nuggets waiting for someone to hand them to me (and makeing sure they were not going out with someone else's order) I grumbled very loudly and Annette came off the register to offer help I was rather annoyed! My burger back at the table was cold and the quick relaxing meal I had time for was HISTORY! GRRRRR!

while we buy from bk several times weekly (4-9) we sometimes have trouble with service, (slow or miss-orders) we still use bk as it's on the way home and only 3.5 blocks from the house. the other complaint is you should be able to have a choice of a FISH or a burger We like bk or we would'ent keep going though the trouble. It's convient but wendys is only 5 blocks and 8 for mcdonalds is also across the street along with hardee's if we traveld past our street. We just have our choice if we want to take a few more minutes. thanks for your time and consideration of this comment
