I went to Burger King in Waterbury at Reidville dr. I ordered 2 number one and the guy gave me the whopper who the customer before me opened and returned after it was wrong order! I didn't check my order there I had to go , when I went home I saw the sandwich it was retuned from the customer before me! I called them right way but ofcourse they don't remember! I threw the sandwich I wont give to my kids food the others touch!!! I will never go back there again!!!

One thing that BK wants you as a customer to do is come and spend your $$ at their place of business, which is o.k.. What really chaps me is that they give you a survey to take on the back of the receipt etc. Then you HAVE to use a computer (not like it used to be via the phone) they (BK) will ONLY let you use ONE receipt per 30 days PERIOD>!!!!!! Well, if BK wants MY BUSINESS, it should be that I should be able to do the survey each and EVERYTIME I go to their place of business. BURGER KING----How badly do YOU WANT MY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$??????????????????? IF I go into your place of business 2-3 times in ONE DAY like I have done before and get the "survey" to take, then I should be able to TAKE the dam thing very time and NOT get the "sorry" routine after the first one. This is something for you (BK) to think about. I have NO problem with your competitors letting me do more than one "survey" per month with their business which is most likely why I go there more than Burger King.

This survey is frustratiing and is a waste of my time. This damned site keeps giving me some other paid survey site which wont clear my screen till I close down my internet explorer. I will never try this thing again. Your proceedure previously was to call from a cell phone and answer questions. Well in my opinion your customer service is downgraded significantly with this new survey. There is an Arbys next door to where I go this useless reciept introduction to your no good for nothing survey. In the future I will drive past the Bk and get my food from Arbys because you have wasted my time with what appears to be a business partner who is managing this survey for you and wasting my time by making it too complicaed to get the survey done. You all can go straight to the bankruptcy as as far as i am concerned. Good by to "not a good buy-bk.

I went to BK for lunch today ( 6/29) and since I had had bad service at this store before I put on a stop watch to see how long it would take from walking in the store until my order was done. It took 4 min. for anyone to come to the register to take orders, another 9 and a half minutes to get my order. The chicken sandwich was not fresh, the onion rings were not fresh either. These are the only 2 things that were on my order and I am glad I did not order anything else.
I gave this store another chance and I will not do that again. I was also disappointed by the www.mybkexperience.com site. I have no faith at all that this company really wants any feedback of any kind.

You give out survey forms to complete online for a free Whopper, then when you complete the survey it informs you that all the needed info has been collected. What's the survey form for-Toliet Tissue? Don't worry, there's a McDonald's, Wendy, Sonic, Dairy Queen, etc nearby.

Our no sucks!! I went there at 9:15 and ask at the drive thru if anyone was there after 15 minutes of waiting at drive thru. Then after getting at window she asked me my order again and told me it would be 3 minutes on my eggs for my sausage egg and cheese corsaunt and I said fine cause I had already waited 15 minutes. Then when I got home I had no egg on my order and was missing one hash brown.(cold.) It was 9:30 when I left from there finally. What happened to burger king .?
