Should misdemeanor get illegal immigrants deported?

Well, I know an instance where an illegal immigrant has gotten numerous misdemeanors, including DUI and driving without a license and has gotten amnesty. Unfortunately, this person is an alcoholic, has gotten into multiple physical altercations and has threatened to kill someone on multiple occasions. The latter was never reported, therefore, our government is allowing a potentially dangerous person to stay in the country because he's not been prosecuted for his more dangerous behavior. So my question is, misdemeanors more times than not, lead to more serious offenses, and alcoholism more times than not leads to violent behavior, so why don't we just get these people outta here before honest, good, legal Americans get hurt????

The problem with your question is there is not a single illegal alien in the country that has committed only one misdemeanor.....when they sneak in......when they apply for a job...when they actually go to work...when they drive without a license..when they file an EITC...when they apply for welfare.....they break the law...... understand what I am saying?

If you believe in the Rule of Law instead of the Rule of Lawlessness the answer is simple.

If you are tired of having to pay to educate, medicate and incarcerate illegal aliens the answer is simple.

If people had driver's licenses, then the government would know where they are located, and there would be more people with car insurance, with less violations of the law.
