went to burger king in noblesville, in, had a long line of cars.......2 cars left.....when i finally got to window told the guy that 2 cars left because tired of waiting....he says (i really don't care) took my food & left.....i work in retail & if i acted like that i would be fired on the spot........they need a way of taking care of these long lines at the drive through

i was at bk in san rafael ca. today,and had one of the worst experiences of nmy fast food life.it took me 14 minutes to get to the counter.only one cashier.while i was waiting,i was eaten alive by fruit flies.it was ridiculous!!!!!!!!every single garbage in the place was over flowing,as i am standing there,i can see a pile of about 10-15 empty boxes by the back door,the counters were spilled on and filthy.i did not even want to put my gloves on the counter.the fountain area was of course disgusting.the only reason i stayed to order an icee,was to get a comment card.this has turned me off bk for ever.i will not for get this trip for a long time.very sad because i have been a fan for many years.
