Would you support Food Waste Recycling In Solihull?

We already have a "Can o' worms" where the worms eat the kitchen scraps of vegetable and fruit waste. We also have a compost heap in the garden for the rest of the stuff we can't fit in the Wormery. However, there is still quite a bit of food waste that can't be put in either. Having stayed in places like East Devon where they offer a kerb side recycling of food waste that is presumably then taken to a digester and made into fertiliser, we really liked this opportunity. Having said that the bins they provided where not big enough for a family of four. I also like the idea of coffee grounds/egg shells being made into fertiliser or for concrete production respectively. We would be happy to support and help with a local trial of this. I have been trained by Love Food Hate Waste so would gladly have an open house or get involved in an event in the town centre around this theme.
