What do you think about New York's tax levy cap?

I think it's great. Finally schools and municipalities will be forced to rein in spending and homeowners will get some real tax relief!

I'm concerned about how schools and municipalities will be able to provide the services their communities rely on.

I don't know enough about how it will work to formulate an opinion.
