Big Time Rush gave credit to All Time Low credit for the song. So chill the fuck down. People do covers all the time, many without permission. Lyrics are changed in songs, again, all the time. I personally don't favor either of the songs, but that's just me. Some people just want to start shit for the hell of it just 'cause they have nothing better to do. Why can't people just get along and listen to the music because we just love music? Everything's a competition now. Both bands are good, in my opinion.
