What type of incentive do you prefer for taking a customer survey?

    i was in brice post office 2day made a purchase and sent packages.i want 2 say there is 2 great friendly
    people work there/ was a pleasure 2 talk with them the firist thing in the morning.. enjoyed my visit/ keep
    up the great friendly customers welcome so nice..............usps service////// this was in brice ohio////

    I really enjoyed my recent visit to Family Dollar on Toepperwein Rd. in San Antonio, Texas. Store #05989. The manager was really knowledgeable of her in store stock, very friendly and had excellent customer service skills and to me very outstanding!!! She really knew her store and her obviously recurring customers. Which I am one of them. I practically live there. Anyway, I really recommend this store and many others in which to shop at. They have just about everything you'll need and items you won't need!! These stores will surprise you.

    I use the drive-thru facility at Hardee's in Cape Girardeau, MO every Friday morning. Last Friday I was in line for 25 minutes before getting my order which consisted of two standard sandwiches - no special order. Unfortunately, long waits are becoming the norm at this store. For the most part the personnel is friendly, but they do not bother to even apologize for the wait and never say thank you - just "have a good day". In the past I overheard an employee using foul language at the window. I called the manager on duty, and apparently it was taken care of in a timely fashion. I continue to patronize Hardee's because it is convenient to my residence and the food is good. However, if these extreme waits continue I will be forced to go elsewhere because I have an appointment and must be there on time.

    I have stopped to eat at your place to eat on many occasions and have tasted the great food that you serve to others like myself. It is the greatest tasting food that I have bought in any facility in a long time.

    I have lived in Vista for over 10 years, and often shop at the Von's located at 940 s. Santa Fe, Vista (about 2-3 times a week). Over the years, I have experienced various people behind the cash register. I would like to point out one individual that has always treated others and me, with the utmost professional, courteous, and respectful attitude and genuine concern. His name is Carson. I just thought you should know how I feel.

    In a world that is way to often represented as negative, it is nice to have someone greet you with a kind and peaceful attitude and help you with a genuine servant like disposition. It can make your day better, no matter how good it is going. Please let him know that he is appreciated.

    I have always loved churchs chicken. its better tasting chicken to me than kfc. my favorite side with the chicken is their okra , and their bisquits!! I can munch on their okra anytime, Iive in Gulf Shores and I drive to Foley for churchs chicken at least once a week, my receits from there say store number 3182, Tony is who was on register, and misty brown is the cooks name. I just about know them all they r always nice and friendly always conversate and make u feel welcome there, very good food good service and just good chicken!

    Had a meal there 2 nights ago and it was fabulous as usual. Our waitress was Chelsea 151 and she was extremely friendly and asked freq. if she could get us anything else, over the top as waitresses go, very neat, polite and couldn't do enough for us.I would def. give her a 10 on a 1to 10 level..m y survey code is 125-1319-1144-9356,

    I went to a KFC store #F428125 and lets say that after my visit there i'm sure I will never go back again i pull up to the drive-thru and i asked for a two chicken little meal and so thought the FRIENDLY cashier: DESTINI asked me did i want meal i said YES and when i got to the window I get my food guess what? there is'nt a meal in my bag so when i ask the cashier about it she got mad with me because I asked her about what she offer me than she tell me I can only have the chicken little and I said you offer me the meal and she said real loud I CHARGE FOR THE CHICKEN LITTLE ... to myself i know now that i will never go back there again so you cant get what you want from this K F C they will give you what they want you to have. worst time ever thanks but not thanks

    I really enjoy my visits to this applebees...mainly because of the service I receive from Ms. Dionne at the bar..she knows her stuff and greats everyone as if she their family..its a delight just to watch her in action...like I said she knows her stuff...

    My husband and I took our Two grandchildren to Ihop in Emporia Ks around 4 oclockpm there might have been 2 other tables of customers there at that time.We were seated right away then sat there for quite awhile before the only waitress took our order.Sat there another 45 min to get our meals she asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks but we never got them never got syrup for our pancakes our grandaughters hamburger was black so was her bun and hard as rock so she got her another one my double blt was so dry and bacon so black and hard it couldn't be eaten.Was the worst food and dining experience ever will never go back to any Ihop.All the while the kitchen help and supposedly mgr on duty sat at a table eating and taking a break I guess.

    well the server was polite and I recieved my order in a timely manner. I sat in the restaurant ,location 126 street and lextington ave.

    i bought an 8 piece mix with 4 grilled and 4 original from kfc in charleston s.c store # k032010. the 1st. week i was shorted i piece of chicken but didn't found out until i got home and didn't felt like going all the way back to the store for just 1 piece. the following week, i ordered the same thing and this time i didn't got the 4 biscuits that goes with it. again, too far to go back. i tried calling 4 times and no one would answer the phone. it kept switching over to the fax line and it started hollering in my ears which i think that was rude . i do believe that phone is there for a reason. it would be nice to get what i ordered right and not finding out after i get home and for them to answer their phone. the food is great. they just needs to be more aware of what they're doing when they're preparing the orders. thanks

    I visited your hardees in Winston-Salem,NC . I was very disappointed as I was halfway in Greensboro,NC. and stopped to eat my hardees meal to discover that my meal order was wrong, wrong , wrong. I had ordered a steak and egg combo but, to my surprise I had a bacon and egg combo. I do not like bacon and do not eat it. I will not be stopping at your hardee stores again, this is the second time this has happened to me. I gave the meal to a homeless person on the street. I hope he enjoyed it.     I WOULD LIKE MY KFC ORDER DRIVE THRU TO BE AS FRESH AS ORDERING INSIDE. I ORDER ED A3 PC DINNER. CHICKEN HAD BEEN UNDER LIGHTS FOR SOME TIME IT WAS DRY. BISCUIT WAS HARD TOP BOTTOM AND INSIDE. COULDNT EAT. MASHED POT GOOD AND COLE SLAW GOOD. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING DRIVE THRU AGAIN.
    BUT WILL GO INSIDE TO CHECK OUT WHAT IS GIVEN TO ME. THANKS

    love shopping at walgreens and home depo .we spend close to $75,000.00 a year at home depo . and about $6,000.00 a year at walgreens .

    The health of Americans is MORE IMPORTANT than the money you save by outsourcing your pharmacy tech jobs to a country where your reps do not understand Engllish. I talked to 2 this morning and they did not understand me or me them. When I asked in what country SHE was in she would only give me her name. How many people have to die from getting the wrong medicine before you people do what is right???

    I can only assume the idiot who decided not to take Express Scripts and lost you billions of dollars thought this up to. Now this choice will kill people. HE OUTSOURCED JOBS IN THIS ECONOMY! FIRE HIM

    Just picked-up a 2 pc meal from the Hildebran, NC location(store #G420012)...this was without a doubt the worst meal I have ever received from there. I would have said it was the worst meal I had ever eaten from there but...it was inedible...even my dog wouldn't eat it. I will never eat there again.

    Visited store#C750018 10/3/12. Food on buffet appeared old, unattractive and the buffet bar itself was very messy. Staff appeared uninterested when I commented.
    also, the Pepsi fountain did not dispense properly (low on syrup?) and staff uninterested as well. My wife used the restroon as we were leaving and found the door lock inoperable. Overall a bad experience. My ticket # 97

    Gengish Grill owes me a birthday bowl, july 30th, and they also owe everyone else I know that is a member of the club. I'm wondering if the management is hoping all members forget about the free bowl so the offer looks good but Gengish doesn't have to follow through. This happens every single year!!!! I have sent emails to complain many times but do not get replies. The manager at the Gengish in Rockwall has been working to get the bowls for myself and several others but my husband had open heart surgery when I was supposed to call so I don't know the results.

    Jack in the Box survey....I fill out the code and next page will not take (or give) the rest of the poll...!!!! Also, one use to be able to enter by phone!!!! For months, the print on the receipt was so faint it could not be read (ok now, but won't take poll answers!!!! Jeeps!!!
