Bullish. I think that the optimistic tone of the FOMC statement will be reflected in the minutes.

Err, I don't think it will have a significant impact on the dollar. As far as I know, risk appetite has been dictating the dollar's price action.

Bearish. Talks of QE3 among Fed officials will get the dollar sold off.
