4/22 10:30 am stopped in just to pay my sam's cc bill, couldn't believe I waited 15 minutes ...only 1 employee at the desk waiting on a cust....too slow, transactions should be limited to no more than 5 minutes, in those 15 minutes there was a line of 4 waiting, don't know why she didn't call for help or why the desk would only have 1 person working that area, was not happy & this also is not the first time this has happened...sam's definitely needs to improve the customer service desk

the majority of the store workers and clerks are very friendly and helpful, but every so often there's that one that seems as if he or she just doesn't want to be bothered.I did brng it to the attention of one manager of what the store worker had said directly to me,and I have not seen that indiviual there again. All in all,a good job.

I picked up photo Christmas cards and 1 picture enlargement. Shilo was the clerk who assisted me. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. This is in photo department in Lexington, Ky.

I bought a Nikon L810B on 6/17/12 and spent $601.39 that day, I had no idea that you had a 90 day return policy on camera(wasn't a sign on the table where i got it) I live approx.80 miles from your Erie and Butler store, the camera was acting up when I would use the zoom the camera says on the screen your lens is on please shut off and remove the lens which of course is already off so I went to the Butler store today to exchange the camera(13 days over the 90 day) I was so disappointed when the manager in charge said to me we have a 90 day policy and I would have to deal with Nikon and walked away ! If you call that great customer service maybe you should go to a Tractor Supply and take your management team and learn how to make your customer leave with a smile when you have a problem of a product that they sell! This kind of service will cost your company more than the camera did by just telling all the people I see and tell about my experience!
