iWork's does not support, on all their platforms, macro enabled spreadsheets and writing right to left. i.e. support for hebrew or other similar languages.
for these 2 reasons if microsoft office supports these features i will buy.

The key features I miss with work is the ability to open password protected files and comment/track changes
