Your food is good but your survey page sucks. I have eaten the past 2 days at Hardee's in Chambersburg, Pa. I thought I would enter the TellHardee"s to try and win a $100.00 Combo Meal Gift Card. It will not leave me go pass the state I live in and kicks me out.
I feel this is some kind of a gimmick to suck a person in just to get there money.
The kind of work I do has me setting across from the Hardee,s in Chambersburg just about every day. I don't think I will be back eating there any linger in the future.

The food at Ryan's of Marrero was great today and the Manger Mr. Carlos Tapia is great verty plesant, all was smiling and making show that his customer are taken care of , I ca't say to much about the Manager because you never see him. But my hat out to Mr. Tapia he really should be the Manager and no matter how many complaints you get on Ryan's it not the assistance Manager even when the food is not good, because it is not hot, or just not tasted that day. we all have bad days it up to higher managerment to make sure that the restaurant that is ran under them have the best so that the customer can be taken care of and remember without the customer there will be no Ryan's. CEO should visit there resturant and make sure the right food , the right staff and manager are working in the stores in order for it to be a success and lest complaint will be received

I like the new seif check out at safeway. It is very niccto goin and get sevuice right away.

You baited me out of my personal information with the promise of a free Whopper, but then you switched at the last minute and said there were no Heartland Franchised Burger Kings in my area. I want my information withheld from Royal Club or a coupon of equal value to the Whopper that IS available in the Charlotte, NC Metro area please. Nobody wants to be known as a "bait and switch" swindler, do you?

Loved your Ivory maria BOGO Boots and Ext cognac Boots. I got buy one and get one 1/2 off. The service rep was very nice and I found out that I can fit into kids sizes 4, I'm a size 6 ladies was very amazed at that!

I like our boots survey but the most annoying thing is unnecessary long survey, nothing but time wasting from customer side is not worth it especially when you think you are satisfy with customer service and you have to share your"s experience honestly with otters. the software is not user friendly.
The date of the survey I submitted was not listed correctly. Always am happy with shopping Chicos, but this survey didn't seem laid out very clearly.

I'm confused. I thought that if I anwered the survey and gave my serial no. I'd receive a validation code. No where did I see any place to enter the code.
I eat at Chik-fil-A often, so I love the sandwich. I also think that the staff is well trained. I LOVE the way they say " My Pleasure" wherever I say thank you. Please send instructions or a coupon for a free sandwich my way.

My wife and I only eat breakfast; that was not covered on the survey. We have been eating there for many years.We obviously are happy with the quality of the food and the very pleasant service.

This site may fit your needs, but not mine. It is so skitterish, bouynces around all over, chjaotic and intimidating. Trying to leave a civil and contribnutor comment, and the damn thing goes all over theplace, bringing in your clients, thagt I have n need to write abut. If you don't mind, get your act together, make it simple and straightforward, getting the info you and
SAFEWAY need and pay for. Three times is pusining my limit,. I have a beef, and if it thakes three times to get it posted, I'll drop it, and fight my battles with another store that really wants to hear from me, and get some results of its efforts. I don't have much money , but I do have good legs, and frankly, I am spending as much elsewhare as possible. The Safeway store in question is about to fall apart, and certainly know why; I can see why. Manager is great, been following him around for years in this are, alwasy brings a store back to life.
Re your site: make it simple or close it.' The rule of thumb is each complaint represents about 50 like comments, and the other 49 don't care, and vote with their feet. You might condsider doing the same
