The City is to blame...I know of 3 people on my street, me included , missed a half day of work, because the streets weren't plowed..I actually went to work in the afternoon at 2 pm and it still wasn't plowed. O'Keefe and the boys always uses excuses, anytime there is a snowfall (not snowstorm but snowfall , if it5s 5cm or 30 cm ).

My "corner of the province" is on Empire Avenue near Dickks and Co. Sidewalk plows came by yesterday.

There's no question, snow clearing in St. John's has not been up to snuff for the last few years. Sidewalk clearing notwithstanding, road clearing (or lack thereof) has left much to be desired and, frankly, has been hazardous in certain areas.
