What can Quill.com do to Improve?

    I find it very unusual to not have my orders come in good condition. This order was packaged so the contents were allowed to move, flop around, and I had to repair the package of legal paper which was split in many places and on the corners. Also the correctable ribbon box was crushed and I'm not sure at this time if the ribbon itself was damaged. I will have to wait until my gal comes in to check it out. The other packages of paper were in plastic packaging which is a little tougher and seemer to have survived the trip all right.

    Also the last order I received was a case of white paper, and every ream was split a few beyond repair and had to be transferred to other packaging immediately. This was in a carton of paper, of course, but it must have been thrown around quite a bit to cause this amount of damage. I did not write about it at the time because I assumed it was a once in a lifetime occurrence, as I have always had good results with products you have shipped. I assume that time it was UPS because I heard the box land on my front porch when he delivered it. I know paper is heavy but it does not need to be thrown and in neither case was I notified that a shipment had arrived.

    As I said, I have always had great service and products from Quill, so I was surprised to have this happen.

    Couldn't ask for any faster shipping. When the items ordered arrive before the statement, that's FAST SHIPPING!! Also, no minimum for free shipping is awesome. Forget the discounts and coupons, keep the free shipping, as long as you don't jeopardize the speedy shipping I've come to depend on. Good job, Quill staff!!
