I think the Tebow hate has gone too far because it is usually issues people seem to have with themselves and not Tebow. If you feel he is overly religious and you are not then that is just where you and Tebow disagree and keep it moving.
I found myself hating on Tebow because I felt like he was getting the hype and pass from the media that black unconventional quarterbacks were not getting. That's not Tebow's fault and its good that he is showing that a different type of quarterback can work.

The more Tebow wins the more I praise him. I don't care that he hasn't beaten a really good team and won't get a chance to for a while since they are gonna smash my sad sack Bears next week... but people talk about how hard it is to win A game in the NFL, then devalue what he's doing to talk about how it looks bad. These people are like the folk that will leave a good man/woman because they don't have a good job and look like an underwear model. And think they won.

I kinda hope his wins, but win or lose, people are going to point out reasons why the other team is bad and Tebow is just being glorified. He does what he needs to do to win.

Basing on the comments I've heard from people, the hate towards Tebow is usually just unexplained/unreasonable hate. I understand that he isn't a great passer, but I never hear that being the main reason why people dislike Tebow. It's always about his religion, the way he throws, and for some,I guess a little bit of racism. "
