Seriously? Power Ranger!!!! It's the only show on the list that had real people. Plus Tommy and Kim their relationship sent it over the top. However where is Gargoles?

Biker Mice from Mars deserves the win, because unlike any of the other options, Biker Mice still live almost entirely within the 90's, and was the flagship Saturday morning cartoon on UPN, which didn't really have a hey-day, but came closest to it in the 90's. UPN was the original US broadcaster of Pokemon, before WB bought up the syndication rights when the gameboy game blew up.
That left Bike Mice. From Mars. C'mon, that's awesome.
I didn't want to vote for the X-Men (or Batman had he been on here) because those groups have been around well before the 90's. They just had a great animated version in the 90's.

Now... I may have just been born in 1995, but I remember so much more than just that.
I know it says "other" but that's just too broad.

Should TMNT even be on this list? Technically they were the 80's, and kind of puttered in the 90's compared to Xmen and Power Rangers

really hard to choose.
But, Batman (and robin and batgirl) was great but not a great team. Beetleborgs don't beat the teams on this list.

Some of those are 80s cartoons.
