Should the worst semester GPA be disregarded when evaluating prospective teacher applications?
Yes — it will allow perhaps the most qualified future teachers a semester to get back on her or his feet.
No — a 3.0 GPA should be the cut-off point, no excuses.
There should not be a minimum GPA requirement, at all.
