What are your company's social media guidelines?

I can use social media at work and pretty much say whatever I want as long as I'm not being negative about my company.

I can only use social media at work if it pertains to my work.

My company prohibits the use of social media during work hours but I can say and do what I want on my own time.

I make my own social media policy and use common sense.
