And with the votes was a fact that Simon and LA don`t vote for the opossite, Reachel is not my favorite but I belive both are odds in the competition, for me 2 and 2 votes was correct. The elimination fue legal because apparently the people wanted more to Marus that Reachel.
Finally it is exacly the same how the less voted importanless if is Rachel or Marcus no one won`t win the FINAL the results show us that the competence are between JOSH, MELANIE and CHRIS no one more Marcus or Rachel only would be a extra

You guys have no one to blame but yourselves. She should not have been in the bottom two to begin with. I can't vote where I am. If I could it would be Chris and Rachel all the way. Yes Nicole obviously thought that Marcus would of been eliminated and should of just voted as she is payed to do in the first place but shit happens. Vote for your favs and you wont be let down. However I agree with a previous post, the fans vote in they should be the deciding vote not the judges. That's just my two cents. Have a great one everyone!!

I hope Simon doesn't sign Nicole for the renewed series, she made a fool of herself and in bad judgement voting Rachel off. It was all play in my opinion sobbing and flashing all her bling around. I thought so much of her as a judge on the Sing-Off one season, but NO MORE.

Is this an example of the truth? The judge couldn't do her job. and unable to stand strong make a real decision based on pure passion, and talent, spark. She dropped the bag. No matter about age the better choice of talent is Rachel.....So she a meltdown,whatever do you see the passion in that young soul? Wish the best and who knows what the future will hold

I don't know why everyone is so mad at Nicole; she thought both Marcus and Rachel sang their hearts out . . . and I agree. And Paula also has had a few times when she couldn't make a decision. The competition is getting much tougher as the weeks go on. Marcus puts his heart and soul into his performances every single time and he certainly knows how to bring it when the pressure is on. Rachel blew me away, too, because I thought she might crumble under the pressure. I thought that the fairest way was to let America decide and I actually saw it coming. Rachel's performance on Tuesday was not her strongest so I wasn't surprised that she was eliminated. Unfortunately, Chris Rene is still there -- taking up space for others who I believe are way more talented than he is. And Josh -- good voice but no stage presence. I think Rachel and Marcus are far more marketable than either one of those guys over the long haul. Also note that the youngest contestants are the ones that seem to have the hardest time with the criticism and/or elimination. Look at Astro and Drew...something maybe for the judge's to consider. All that said, I believe Rachel deserves a recording contract and I believe she will still get it. Unfortunately, each week someone needs to go home and this was her week. But that doesn't mean they aren't winners.

I think Marcus should have been the one to leave based on last night's performance. Rachel blew him away. I think Nicole needs to go, if she is back next year I will not be watching the show again and so are a lot of other people, she has no backbone, therefore she should not be there.

It's so hard to accept reality at times. Maybe Marcus was at the bottom for three times in a row, but that doesn't mean he does not deserve to be on X-Factor. The public does not lie people. Maybe it was the best thing Nicole could have done, leave it up to the fans, as it gave EVERYONE a glimpse of who would be heard as a real artist & the judges could not have a say due to favoritism!! It's a competition & unfortunately there could only be one winner, but that does not mean the rest are losers!!

Nicole, I agree with the other comments. You should be ashamed of yourself. Marcus was in the bottom three times & needed to go. Rachel held her own throughout the entire competition. Unbelievable! You knew it was a HUGE gamble to leave it to the public & yet you gambled that poor girls chance away. Simon, you should pick another judge next season. So sad!!!

I love Rachel. She has an amazing voice and will only get better. But I don't understand why everyone is so mad at Nicole? Yea it may have been the easy way out but Rachel had the lowest votes. She should go. What's the point in us voting if the judges ultimately decide? I think every elimination should be on votes alone. We are the ones who will be buying their music, our votes, or lack there of, should be the deciding part on who stays and who goes. And if you're upset she or whoever was your favorite left, vote more. That's what counts. If you didn't vote you really have no right to complain and blame someone else.

Nicole, I could see in your expression that you wanted to vote for keeping Rachel but you didn't have the guts to say it! She blew me away tonight with her performance.
