Nicole's spine is non-existant! she should not judge PERIOD! as for Marcus - yes he has a good voice ... but RnB is very saturated, and even if he wins he will not get anywhere..... because he is just a common singer.
same cannot be said for Rachel - she is a fresh & unique and enganging! I can see myself attending her show(as old as I am)! everytime she is there and singing, I smile............. give it to her people, the girl is marketable and she has such a wonderful voice!

Don't hate Nicole just because Rachel Crow fans did not do enough for her to avoid being in the bottom two. Don't be emotional, people. Just because the kid had a meltdown (like Drew) did not mean that she was more deserving to stay. Think of the numbers. Since Marcus got more votes than Rachel then it will mean that Nicole would be hated by more people if she sent Marcus home. Even the mighty business savvy Simon was not mad at Nicole because he knew that he can not make money out of Rachel if few people like her.
X Factor tried to be different from American Idol. It has good points but the judging by the mentors themselves is flawed and will be used to revenge previous decisions. And why would votes of four judges prevailed over the votes of millions of people?
Based on the votes of the people, Marcus should stay.

Rachel's performance was so far better than Marcus; it became very apparent that Nicole does not apprecitae her privilege to sit at the judges table. Her reaction and indeciveness was due to worrying more about what LA thought...and/or she let her feelings for Simon determine who she was putting thru. That is not fair judging. Very disappointed.

I think Josh Krajcick needs to go next week so when Marcus is there for the 4th week in a row let's send Josh home ok Nicole? Your a heartless witch & should be fired immediately for not making a decision you played it safe & sided with LA for personal reasons. Great high stakes poker game. It's Judge vs Judge. Each are dealt a hand and regardless of talent, will play their hands and deliver payback.
Next out has to be Marcus. History will repeat itself and he will AGAIN be in the bottom 2.
I know many are calling out Nicole for her failure to perform her duties.
I wonder how L.A. Reid got the job. Seriously, this is That Guy, the one who dropped Lady Gaga from his label early on . He tries to save face on that one by saying “I was having a bad day”. Another narcissist on the show, these egos are about their own glory instead of the contestants.
