Well yes we need to try this one cuz however it's ACTUALLY being done now isn't working. If all that has been stated in this article is in fact true then WHY are we continuing to see it happen?
We need a FULL audit and a list of all who work under the government arm of this monster and bring it to the surface. 20% is all that actually gets to the bands???? How the hell is this possible? Somebody's head needs to roll here. Lets see an article now that allows the government to try and dispute this. BOTTOM LINE? "SHOW US THE PROOF"

I too told Wendy Sparrow when she was Assistant Regional Director of Indian Affairs that the department was in place to keep us poor! I work as a Band Manager and this has gone on far too long. Our political leaders need to do something to raise our standard of living. Good on you Bill - Gilakasla!
