I think this question has a racist foundation in its construction. Why can the world live with a nuclear France and Israel but not a nuclear Iran?
I think we have to realize that the world now is flat and the old imperialistic order where certain countries could have all the goodies and exclude others from equal rights is gone. The only way to create a better future on our planet is to engage all the peoples and nations in constructive dialogue, cooperation and trade.

I won't compare a nuclear Iran with nuclear US.
Although nuclear US will use it's power if it's necessary, they are a lot (and a lot more) trustworthy than Iran's government. Everybody knows and agrees.
But why not comparing Iran to Pakistan? or Israel?
In worst-case scenario, Iran can acquire 5 nuclear warhead in a year, while Israel already have more than 200 of them.
And in matter of experience, who really is more of a rebel (not just act like) Pakistan or Iran?
Until now, the world "lived" with a nuclear Pakistan. So do you know any other country that could be a better shelter for terrorists ?
Pakistan counts as an Allie, but did they really helped, or they just made it worst, by helping Bin Ladin and Taliban to hide for a decade?
And their nuclear techs are ready to sell to anyone. who knows for real, when will Iran be capable of making nuclear warheads?
And let's not forget, we're still not sure that Iran "have" the nuclear technology yet....

I agree Geeta! I believe that the fear of a nuclear Iran could lead to extreme troops being sent there - causing more deaths of Americans without a single suicide bombing!

The nuclear bomb may kill all of us at once, but the fear would kill us several times over a period of time.

typical fear mongering by the Jews and their evangelical slaves... if you want a war with Iran suit up and hit the front lines or else shut up. our boys just got out of Iraq and should be with their families, not fighting another false threat.

Since a lot of Muslims do the "Suicide Bomb" thing just to kill a few, I wonder that if Iran aquires "The Bomb" would it kill millions of Americans and not care if it gets destroyed after.
I do not think we can take that chance of Iran getting the first strike.
I think surely that we have to stop their desire to aquire nuclear weapons.
