With provincial finance ministers set to begin talks with Jim Flaherty this weekend, should health care funding be their top priority?

I just came back from experiencing the French health care system -- which is best in the World according to the United Nations. I looked up the statistics and France spends slightly more by GDP percentage than Canada but provides services we can only dream of.
I want the discussion about how we could improve ours by looking at the French.

I don't want the FINANCE MINISTERS having first crack at Health Care, especially because JIM FLAHRTY's name is out front and centre. Should be the HEALTH MINISTERS instructing the Finance Ministers as to what is wanted for Canadidans.

This man (Flaherty) is a gradulate of the MIKE HARRIS school of public administration, aimed at shafting the people and shoveling out public assets, such as UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE to their private company friends.
