I visited store #0775 at 6256 N Federal Highway Florida today for my usual cup of coffee (customer for many years) although this was my second visit to this store. I decided to buy a coffee jug for $3.00 The cashier charged me $1.99 for a medium house coffee. The bill coming to $7,25 with tax and no senior discount. I then asked the cashier if the coffee was free if you buy a mug. He told me I had to ASK FOR THE SENIOR DICOUNT AND THE FREE COFFEE PRIOR TO HIM RINGING UP THE TOTAL.
Rather then argue with an incompetent employee, I decided to ignore the situation. my loss of $2.00 was not worth the aggravation! However management should be made aware of all situations that affect the reputation of it name "Einstein Bros. Bagels"

I like Target better than Walmart and other like stores. They always have enough help, that is trained to to be of service. They treat the customers with respect. They usually always have what you need. The ada are always well laid out and the coupons are nice also Veola West

The food is good and so is the service. I eat 2 or 3 sandwiches per week, sometimes with a beverage
and other times..a salad. The service is always good..the food is also good..what more can you
    require?

You have just rearranged many sections of the store where I shop on Balfour Rd, Brentwood CA. One thing you omitted considering was that you have a large percentage of senior shoppers and when we get older, we shrink! It happens to maybe 90% of us. Previously, I complained in the store about many items that are too high above the average shopper so that we cannot reach an item when it has been pushed far back on an already too-high shelf. I usually have a problem reaching both some of the milk containers and also the half-and-half ones, and have to look for a tall customer to help me. You should have a store clerk in the vicinity to help with these. There are usually clerks in the Produce dept. but rarely in the other aisles. If there is a clerk, he/she is usually in a hurry to get to another section and I have had to almost yell to get their attention. Please give more consideration to your shoppers over 70 (I am 87!!!).

This is the fifth (5th) time that I have attempted to contact your company about AN EGREGIOUS COMPLAINT! Your site at www..chick-fil-a.com/connect/contact-us-CARES is NOT ACCEPTING EMAILS! I have also contacted your "Marketing Directory (Jacquelyn, possible spelling error) at the offending store and she was LESS than helpful. She was busy! The store was #01475 in Houston, TX. Yesterday, 3-11-13, at approximately 1:15p.m. I ATTEMPTED to redeem a coupon for an "alleged free sandwich". I was NOT able to do that! After I had ordered and shown the clerk the validation number he removed the receipt from my hand and attempted to keep it. I told him that I needed the receipt back because I had charged that meal and needed the receipt to reconcile my credit card statement when I received it in the mail. He told me less than courteously that I could not receive the "alleged free sandwich" unless he kept the receipt. I told him to cancel the order and return MY RECEIPT to me. He was hesitant about returning MY RECEIPT to me. I told him a second time, a little more emphatically, to RETURN MY RECEIPT TO ME. He reluctantly finally did!
I was to say the least very displeased with the lack of courteous service and the fact that your company REFUSED to honor your coupon, THAT IS A VIOLATION OF THE DECEPTIVE PRACTICE LAW! At a bare minimum you MUST put a disclaimer in readable print on the validation code! You saved $3.00 or $4.00 by REFUSING to redeem my coupon, but you have and will continue to receive BAD WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING!!!! This afternoon 6 people that I associate with had planned to go to Chick-fil-A for lunch, but after they heard what I had to say we ALL WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT! I will also contact the proper government agency regarding your deceptive practices! Again I hope you enjoy the $3.00 or $4.00 dollars your second company saved yesterday.
In closing please for a copy of this COMPLAINT to your marketing Director Jacquelyn that was so busy she could not help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    A VERY DISSATISFIED FORMER CUSTOMER.

Visited store #00295 as I often do because the service is absolutely wonderful every time I am there. The ladies are friendly, efficient, and all of the pluses anyone could even hope for.

My question to you is when are you going to sell short sleeve tops with V-necks or rounded necks in the black Travelers line? I have been waiting now for over 3 years. I have even called your main office to complain about your not selling the requested tops. I realize you had a short sleeve top this fall with a turtle neck, but I don't wear turtle necks. I want black tops in Travelers with a V-neck or rounded neck, not too low in the front. I promise if you ever sell my desire, I will buy over a dozen black tops.

    Good food...good service!

Buy one get one free deals are basically cutting the merchandise in half but require you to buy another, which is still good, but certain items will never have that deals so I prefer the percentage off deals, because they include 50 percent off, which is in most cases better than buy one get one free
