Just wondering what % of Habs are Quebecers? What % speak French? Maybe the coach should be able to speak Russian as well. Or maybe like those who now run the Caisse de Depots, maybe the coach should be 'good' above all. Language should come second or third or fourth. It does look like it didn't occur to the Molsons that if they fired Martin, they would actually maybe need a new coach real quick. Looks like they didn't realize that until some time later and they panicked.
