FACT 1: You say that noble are not allowed to marry non-noble. That is the tradition, BUT WHAT ABOUT BYAKUYA AND HISANA? Did you forget that Byakuya married her, and she was from the Rukongai, therefore A NON-NOBLE?
FACT 2: You make it sound as if the only way the pairing can work is if Ichigo dies and goes to Soul Society. Do you forget who his parents are? A QUINCY AND A SHINIGAMI, that is who! You even brought up that very fact, albeit in a skewed manner because we know nothing about Isshin's past right now.
FACT 3 & 4: So let me get this straight. It is not okay for fans to "pick someone for Ichigo", but it is perfectly fine to just pick Renji for Rukia? Yes, they have known each other since childhood, but just picking Renji and Rukia for each other is the exact same thing as "picking someone for Ichigo", the thing you said is not okay for fans to do.
FACT 5: Yes, because it is the mission of Shinigami to break the laws of Soul Society by giving Shinigami power to Humans.
Rukia broke the laws of Soul Society by giving Ichigo her Shinigami powers, and it was a choice that she made on her own. It had nothing to do with her duties as a Shinigami. I'll comment on the rest later.
FACT 6: I think recent revelations in the manga prove why the point of your entire argument is flawed: Masaki was a Quincy, not a normal Human.
FACT 7: When Ichigo dies as a Human, he will go to Soul Society too.
As to your conclusion, therein lies the hypocrisy. Claiming that Ichigo being with Rukia will only end in disaster is by far nothing like what an unbiased individual would say, and is something that someone against the pairing would say. What other arguments aside from the flimsy reasons above do you have for Ichigo and Rukia only ending in "disaster"?
Then you go and claim Ichigo might feel love for Inoue, when you also claim that Ichigo treats Rukia like family. If that is not shipping bias, I do not know what is. Your "he will marry someone normal" like his father did was recently blown out of the water with Masaki being revealed to be a Quincy too.
@ Esmerelda: I have learnt to distrust those who refer to Ichigo and Rukia's bond with terms like "they are brothers", because it shows a willing ignorance of their actual interactions in the story, and other material Kubo has written for them, like this poem:

Think what you ant but Ichigo will not be paired with Rukiya. Either Orihime or somebody else. One day Ichigo will live like his father. You might say that Ichigo will be rukiya but your wrong.
Number One Fact: Byakuya will not let Rukiya be with Ichigo specially he promised his wife (Rukiy's Sister) That will will protect Rukiya in no cost. And also Rukiya is now a part of the Kuchiki clan. Remember no nobles are aloud to marry none nobles.
(There is still a great possibility that Ichigo might be noble blood. Specially no one know's Ichigo's father's past. But still Ichigo won't live in Soul Society, specially he still had responsibility with his family and friends.)
Number Two Fact: Rukiya is in spirit form. While Ichigo can only be in spirit form when he is out of his mortal body. You can't kill ichigo just for him to be with Rukiya. Even if they were compatible. Ichigo can't be in his spirit form forever.
Number Three Fact: Yes Renji is in love Rikuya ever since when they were still young. Renji will someday show his love to Rukiya and will fought anyone in his way.
Number Four Fact: Either Orihime or Rukiya or someone else, you can't just pick someone for Ichigo, cause you have no right to put ichigo either of the people. Cause its up to him to who he chooses. After all Ichigo is a bit slow. I think he had no experience being in love with a girl. (Except him mom.)
Number Five Fact: For your information Rukiya saved Ichigo in the first chapter cause that's her mission. Beside from killing Hollows he need to protect the people in Karakura Town also. Not just because she rescue Ichigo and his family she loved him more. Ichigo felt responsible with Rukiya after Rukiya gave her powers to him. Ichigo felt guilty that Rukiya had to suffer for what she did to Ichigo. And as for being in love with her. HE TREAT HER LIKE FAMILY!!!!! Like what he treat with all the girls that he knew.
