There are so many all ages venues that serve alcohol in this city it's ridiculous that the Rio is being held to such strict guidelines! To name a few... Roger's Place, BC Place, Nat Bailey Stadium, The Vogue and now Cineplex! So why is the Rio being made 'an exception'?
