Poll: Who should be eligible for GRIN State records?

• No change to the current bylaw and anyone in the USA can join the LMSC in Indiana and set records with NO residency requirements.

• We should require that someone MUST have a legal residence in Indiana to qualify for a state record.

• We should require that a swimmer be registered with GRIN at least six months prior to the date the record is set.
