Calling the cops is extreme, but the parents have to get it in on the low sometimes. Same thing I do when we visit in the in laws or have them over for days (or weeks) at a time.

its the moms house, the moms rules, so the kid is in the wrong. but it doesn't mean the mom couldn't have been more appropriate with it.
