Republicans values are 180 far from those of Muslim values. It is though that Republicans and Muslims may share "some" ideas such as abortion, but the reality is, the two are far from each other in their views even about abortion. Muslims don't feel the need to have abortions bans because the Muslim world doesn't have the problem of corruption and breakdown in society and family values that the western society has. The Muslim culture and religion disapprove of behaviors like adultery and physical relationships prior to marriage so they don't have the problems of abortion and abortion is left strictly for those medical cases where the child may cause harm or threat to the mother's life.

Republicans on the other hand, want to ban abortion due to their false belief that it would resolve the problem. Instead or limiting people's rights, the Church as well as parents should work on re-building family values that does not allow such behavior. However, to achieve that, certain laws need to be changed to give parents rights to parent their children.

The reality is, republicans are restricting women and families' rights to choose to abort in cases where otherwise may harm or threatens women's lives.

The reality is the Republican party is far from being compatible with the Muslim cultures or values. In fact, the republican party is an ethnocentric and prejudice party that does not accept or recognize Islam or Muslims. They are by far Muslims and Islams' worst enemy and Muslims should be very suspicious of the republicans motives, but not fully trust democrats motives either.
