Rule is terrible, this league is nothing more than basketball on grass, the receivers are 6'-5" and the DBs are 5'-8" the only defense the DBs have is to hit the receiver now the return man is none existing, this league is a suped up flag football league, I say lets keep tweeking this game right out of existence, I am loosing interest.

I hate the kickoff rule! Watching Weems go from exciting stuff to yawn sucks for him and the fans! My question is, even though concussions dropped 12 percent, what percentage of those were on kickoffs?

This is not how football is played. This takes away from an exciting part of the game. My worry is whats next. Lets go back to the way football is meant to be played. May as well change it to the national flag football league.

Yes, we have basically eliminated the kick returner position, changed the entire dynamic of this part of the game. I am all for reducing concussions, especially with all the new information we are receiving. However, I think there are other ways to do this without taking away this part of the game!!!!

there's no need for a kick returner if he's not allowed to return the damn ball. this is football not playing pattycake, pattycake. bring back the old and exciting football games and get rid of roger goddell with all these rule changes.
