Do we experience reality as it is or do we create it with our mind?

yes, seeing in believing because what you see is usually real.

no, we create it with our minds and our mental experience is really virtual reality.

a little of both, reality is there and our brains represent it, but our brains and experience of the world are all a part of reality.

I don't think this is an important or interesting question, I'd much rather be on the beach or skiing.
