How do you stay optimistic when you're feeling blue?
Wishful thinking can only get yo so far. Get out and do something, it'll make you feel more accomplished.
Take a day to pamper yourself. Take a nap, read a book, watch your favorite t.v. show. You'll feel better after all that stress has been released.
Just keep smiling, even if you don't mean it. You soon will.
Do service for others! It'll get you out of your pity party.
Just be depressed. Soon it will work itself out of your system. Until then, just lie low. It's okay to be grumpy.
I'll comment with my own special remedy for curing the blues.
