With a refresh of the Foster Streetscape Plan, would you rather see facilities for bikes or streetcars?

Streetcar (the 17 and 14 busses just don't cut it, let's go big)

Bikes (more people in the 'hood bike, and a safe route through would be nice. Plus, busses are just fine)

Both (I want it all...multi-modal, baby)

Neither (let's just work on slowing traffic and making things look nice)
