It depends on your personal MO-- who you're working for and what one is hoping to get. If awards comes with the territory that would be nice; however LIFE and being alive is the greatest blessing.....

I would tell them to "Stick It Where The Sun Don't Shine,and decline attending the ceremony
This is the biggest slap in the face to a talent that has never been equaled. I feel it's not worth getting dressed for,she would be better appreciated staying home and playing with her grandson....Diana Ross is still going strong after 50 years, and let's see how long all these 1 hit wonders last..
