Wes's time was over.... All the best to him. Parenteau showed he did not live up to expectations. I agree that Fantuz should quit monkeying around. If someone wants to break the bank to get him, more power to you!!!
Wes was great in his day but the time had come, alas. Look at the other teams and how they've been cutting backs "long in the tooth". Parenteau seems never to have lived up to expectations: as in how Chris Best took over at right guard and then how shakily the centering went last year. Change is painful.

For all you who voted no..... what's wrong with you. Parenteau proved last year he is not a center. As for Cates. He was good. Was good. He can catch the ball out of the backfield, but we are needing some shiftier guys in the backfield. On a different story, Fantuz needs to crap or get off the pot. If he doesn't want to be a Rider then move on, if he wants to be a Rider, then don't ask for stupid money.
