    Many of us love pizza as a leftover to eat the next day. Too much corn meal draws out all the moisture of the dough and gives day old pizza a sand papery cardboard effect. I love fresh bakes pizza , but judge a really good pizza by how it holds up the next day

    The best pizza is Dicarlo’s pizza from Weirton, WV. Can you tell me which pizzas do NOT use cornmeal on the bottom? I hate cornmeal because it tastes like eating cardboard and it destroys the pizza taste.
