Uwieeee even before I found this poll, I've already thought of Jeremy Sumpter as Alex. I don't know why but while I was reading the book, I was already imagining Jeremy as Alex :)

But Alex *is* a bad boy. You're not supposed to fall in love with him right away... Lucas Till and Alex Pettyfer are WAY too pretty to be Alex. Alex is a rebel. He's someone who wears sneakers with shoelaces coloured in with ballpoint pen. That's why I say Liam Hemsworth. He looks like someone who could take care of himself and wouldn't be afraid of a few regulators.

Alex has to be someone who can falll in love easily. Alex Pettyfer, Tom Felton, Taylor Lautner, Liam Hemsworth and Alexander Ludwig all have a bad boy thing going on so I think it would harder for them to play Alex
